1. Wet and cool the surface before applying the product
2. Spray the cleaner on both wheel and tire
3. if necessary, Lightly agitate wheels with Roman's wheel cleaning brush
4. Rinse off adequately and wipe dry with Microfiber towel

Roman's Bright Wheel & Tire Cleaner is simply amazing. I could not believe my eyes! I sprayed it on my wheels, let it sit for a few minutes and then hosed it off. It looked like I had polished my wheels for hours, Great solution.
